Capital Media Co. aims to promote DX, which has become a social issue, and improve the business productivity of companies using AI / machine learning technology. We have developed and released "Hanbai", a sales management system that saving labor by Object detection, QR code and character recognition.

In this system, after receiving an inquiry from a new customer, we provide comprehensive support for management of customer information, management of inquiry history, quotation creation (PDF), invoice creation (PDF), quotation / order history management for each customer, inventory management, and sales management. In addition, the camera module regularly captures the situation in remote areas such as warehouses, and if there is a change in the site due to a time lag, the changed part is detected and displayed on the management screen. In inventory management, a QR code is issued for each product, and when the QR code is read once with a QR code reader such as a smartphone, the quantity of inventory is automatically reduced by 1, which simplifies inventory management and saves labor. In addition, it is equipped with a character recognition function that reads text from product images, and currently supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Spanish in addition to Japanese. It can be operated from a PC, tablet, or smartphone, and sales management is possible regardless of location.

If you prepare a certain number of image data you want to judge according to your request, AI (machine learning) will learn the weight of the image data, and based on the learned data, with the above camera module it is also possible to implement a function to detect what image you want to judge in combination.
